Charity Cricket Match - Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
We are hosting a charity cricket event on the 28th July at the City of London, Freeman’s School in Ashtead. The match between Lashings All Stars and a Freeman’s XI will feature famous international cricketers as well as young up-and-coming local cricketers.

We are approaching businesses seeking to improve their profile amongst our attendees by:
- Sponsoring some aspect of the event.
- Advertising in the match-day programme
- Attending with staff members or as individuals.
- Donating prizes for a prize draw
- Donating directly to the St George’s Kidney Patients Association
- …and for those talented cricketers, even playing

We are looking for companies to sponsor some element of the event; there are many different opportunities or just invent your own.

Sponsor a player - Pay to Play
For those of a good club standard, there is also the opportunity to pay.
- A single player including lunch and a match shirt. @ £200
- Lunch table of 10 plus one person (+match shirt) to play @ £750.
Advertising
The expected attendees at the cricket match will be made up of all age ranges from the young to the retired, including:
- Cricket fans within 30 miles of the venue.
- Benefactors of the charities participating
- Parents of the children at the City of London Freeman's School
- Patients, staff, friends & relatives at the hospital.
- Local residents of Ashtead Leatherhead and the environs.
All participants at the lunch will be paying £60 or more each for lunch or £10/£5 for general admission to the match.

We expect the event to be well attended as a result of advertising through media, posters, leaflets, social media and word of mouth. We have engaged the hospital, school, other participating charities and other organisations to help us advertise the event. There will be food and drink as well as activities for children. |

The St George's Kidney Patients Association is a charitable organisation improving the lives of kidney patients served by St George's Hospital Tooting. Dialysis patients are most likely be drawn from the residents of SW London while transplant patients come from across SW London, Surrey & Sussex. |
