Can you help?

We are looking for volunteers to help with organising the event, and helping on the day. Specifically we need help with:

  • Advertising the event (putting up posters, emailing friends). Generally letting as many people know about the event as possible.
  • Selling reservations: Both admission to the match and lunch.
  • Finding sponsors for the event (Many different sponsorship opportunities are available - see below).
  • Finding advertisers for the match programme.
  • Organising specific fundraising activities. For example, raffles, stalls and other activities.
  • Helping on the day. Either activities on the day or helping others get to and fro from the match.

To get involved contact us at info@sgkpa.org.uk or ring 0208 339 3423.

Whether you can come or not, please make sure you email all your friends and relatives or visit out Facebook page and share our event with them. Always let them know to make us the beneficiary when ordering tickets.

How we raise money from the event

The money raised will be distributed among the 4 charities by the Admiral Trust based on the ratio of tickets sold by each charity. Any side events (raffle, stalls etc.) run by a charity will receive all profits by the organising charity. As a result, we need to maximise our fundraising by getting the maximum number of people to attend.

About the Admiral Trust

The Admiral Trust is a charitable trust, established in January 2012, which aims to provide resources, encouragement and support to those in need. They will disperse all proceeds from the event to the 4 participating charities.
