Renal Patient Information Day - Thursday 20th June 2019
The Renal Team would like to invite you, your family and friends to join them on 20th June 2019, 09.30-16.00. There will be talks given by the Renal Consultants on a range of renal related matters and you will also have the opportunity to meet with dieticians and the clinical psychologist. (The agenda is below.)
Fellow patients will also be there to advise you about their experiences with the Renal Team at St George’s Hospital.
