Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the chicken and black pepper. Stir over a high heat until the chicken begins to turn brown. Mix together the pineapple and honey and add to the pan. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir into the lemon juice. Serve immediately and shake on a little paprika to decorate Serve with plain boiled rice or pasta.
