Italian Dressing

Overview:

Italian Dressing is a classic salad topping for any kitchen, and this recipe happens to be kidney-friendly.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 120ml red wine vinegar
  • 120ml rapeseed oil 


Preparation:

Mix seasonings together. Add to vinegar and oil. Shake well to mix.
