St George’s research

St George's has a continual programme of research funded both internally and by third party organisations. From time to time you may be approached to participate in studies to further the understanding of issues relating to such wide issues as diagnosis or treatment. We are dedicated to improving the understanding of kidney disease, its causes, treatment and management through funding research, with confidence that it can build on the advances and scientific breakthroughs that have been made by researchers - many of them supported by the charity - during the past forty years.
